7. Returns and Refunds

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains more than one (1) package:

  • We refund one package without requiring a return.

  • Additional packages must be returned unopened and in original packaging to receive a refund.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Customers must print the return shipping label at their own expense, and any return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
